This will be our ninth annual Parent Leadership Institute, and the first eight were a great success.  We heard from several directors, both Head Start and ECEAP, that the training their parents and staff received was instrumental in improving the running of their Policy Councils and parent involvement. It's a great opportunity to get really high quality training for your Executive committee, new or experienced parents, and staff that work directly with parents.
